The foundation repair(s) will need some time to adjust, so we recommend waiting three to six weeks before repairing drywall cracks to make sure everything has been stabilized.

The primary goal is to get your home back to its original level as close as possible. Lifting and leveling may close up existing cracks, and it may also open up new ones. We take great care to minimize damage.

"Stairstep-type cracks" in bricks usually appear when a foundation has been compromised. Once the foundation has been lifted to its original position, these cracks will usually disappear or be minimized.

You should note that each property and situation is completely different, and some cracks may remain. These are easily repaired.
